These Terms govern your use of Sprite Locker(the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in methods secure. You may sign in with an email link, Google, or Epic Games. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe others' rights while using the Service.
• Attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or probe, scan, or disrupt the Service.
• Upload content — such as group names — that is unlawful, hateful, or harassing.
• Use the Service to build a competing product by scraping its data.

4. Your content

You are responsible for the content you create in the Service (for example, display names and group names). We may remove content that violates these Terms.

5. The Service is provided "as is"

Sprite Lockeris a hobby project provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will always be preserved.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sprite Locker and its maintainers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
